Rebecca has been working in fundraising and philanthropy for over a decade, with diverse experience across a range of sectors including education and health. Prior to joining DGB, Rebecca held positions at the St John of God Foundation, Geelong Grammar School and Sane Australia with a focus on major gift and bequest fundraising, annual giving programs and best-practice stewardship. Her extensive experience across grassroots non-profits and leading foundations provides a unique perspective on delivering creative and effective fundraising strategies.

With a Bachelor of Psychology and Management/Marketing from Monash University, Rebecca brings her warmth and energy to her work and is driven by her passion for partnering with organisations and their supporters to make a meaningful difference in the world.
